Lead Conveyancer

In her role as Lead Conveyancer, Rheannon has primary responsibility for all conveyancing matters at Enterprise Legal. Having held the role since 2022, prior to that, Rhe worked as a Paralegal in each of the Business, Property and Disputes sections within Enterprise Legal, since starting with the Firm in 2021. During her time in those roles, it became apparent that Rhe had a flair for conveyancing and more importantly, a passion for assisting clients with property transactions.

Rhe particularly enjoys making sure that the event of buying or selling (usually one of life’s biggest events!) is a positive one for her clients. What many clients don’t realise is that it takes a lot of dedication and effort to ensure that a conveyance goes smoothly and if all goes well, it seems like the matter was a breeze. The reality is that Rhe goes above and beyond for her clients to ‘smooth out’ the inevitable wrinkles that occur when dealing with other parties, other conveyancers, banks, brokers and real estate agents, all while ensuring that the client’s experience is as positive as it possibly can be. 

In addition to her role as Lead Conveyancer, Rheannon puts her extensive administration experience to good use, by assisting Managing Director, Peta Gray, with the Firm’s Trust Account compliance and accounts.

Rheannon is a trusted member of the Enterprise Legal Management Team and holds the important role of ‘Culture Captain’, ensuring that an office birthday or work anniversary is never missed.
