Peta Gray – Principal Legal Director
Peta has practised exclusively in Business Law (including commercial, property, employment and intellectual property) for the duration of her career and as such, she has worked on many hundreds of business transactions. She has extensive experience advising a range of business clients, from ASX-listed corporates to ‘mum and dad’ business owners.
In addition to her 6+ years of legal experience, Peta has an extensive work history in marketing and project management, which assists her to visualise and manage the ‘big picture’ for her clients and their businesses, rather than look at a single matter or transaction in isolation. Her focus is on providing practical, commercially-savyy legal advice, which progresses her clients’ desired business outcomes.
Peta is the Director of Enterprise Legal’s Commercial, Property and Leasing practice areas.
Sharné Lategan – Principal Legal Director
Sharné’s experience in Building and Construction Law commenced even before she was admitted as a lawyer, and she has practised predominantly in the construction sector during her 6+ years in the legal industry. Her vast experience commenced with working in a top-tier firm with principals and first and second tier contractors, where she gained in-depth knowledge and experience in major, complex projects. For the past 3+ years, Sharné has been practising as a construction lawyer in Toowoomba, where she has worked closely and collaboratively with a number of local construction businesses to ensure every project has the best chance of success, and that any dispute is dealt with swiftly and practically.
In addition to her construction experience, Sharné regularly helps businesses and clients solve an array of legal disputes including recovering bad debts, negotiating partnership and shareholder disputes, competition and consumer law claims and leasing and property disputes.
Sharné is the Director of Enterprise Legal’s Construction, Litigation and Employment practice areas.
Rachel Edwards – Lawyer
Having worked in the legal industry for the last eight years both locally and abroad, Rachel has experience in many areas of law, in various roles and with a wide range of clients. Whilst working and gaining practical legal skills, Rachel also studied and completed her law degree.
Rachel is now ready to focus on furthering her career as a lawyer and aims to continue to develop professionally and assist clients in any way that she can. Like the Directors, Rachel enjoys getting out and about and visiting her clients onsite and in their businesses, so that she can experience firsthand what is important to them and tailor her advice accordingly.
Rachel works across all practice areas assisting both of the Directors. Rachel’s approachable and friendly nature paired with her willingness to work collaboratively and her commitment to client service make her a great asset to the Enterprise Legal team.
Adrianna Williamson – Paralegal
Adrianna has worked in law firms since finishing highschool and has a natural ability for paralegal and marketing work. Her experience mainly lies in property and leasing matters, as well as events and marketing coordination.
Adrianna possesses common sense and maturity far beyond her years, which makes her an incredible asset to the Enterprise Legal team. She assists both Peta and Sharné, with a particular focus on transactional and leasing matters. In addition to this, she also offers an additional point of contact for all Enterprise Legal clients, so that they can be assured that the Enterprise Legal teams knows and cares about their matters.
Adrianna is a Darling Downs local, having grown up in Oakey and attended school in Toowoomba. She enjoys getting to further expand her legal knowledge while assisting local businesses.
